No-Bake Energy Bites

Inspired from a variety of versions of it I found on Pinterest.
These delicious energy bites are fantastic and so easy to make! These are great for breakfast or for a snack.
1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup rasins
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup finally chopped walnuts (opt.)
Mix everything together then using a cookie scoop scoop out balls and place them on a cookie sheet. Place in fridge to allow the bites to firm, then place bites in container. Keep covered in fridge for up to a week.
