Potato Gratin

6 medium potatoes, sliced thin
3 onions, sliced thin
Olive oil
chicken bullion cube
1-2 tsp rosemary
whole milk
grated Parmesan cheese

Boil potatoes, and boil until soft. In skillet, cook onions with oil, crumble bullion cube and rosemary, cook until onions are soft. Mix the potatoes and onion together, pour into greased baking dish. Stir in desired amount of milk, top with Parmesan. Cook in 375 until top is brown and golden.
