Chinese Salad
1 pkg. Broccoli Cole slaw
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup (raw as in no shell) sunflower seeds
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
2 pkg. Ramen Noodles, broken up
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 pkg. Ramen noodle seasoning
Combine the first five ingredients. Mix together the remaining ingredients, them pour over slaw mixture. Toss to coat and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Taco Dip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. french onion dip
1 envelope taco seasoning
4 cups shredded lettuce
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups diced tomates
1 can black olives, cut in half
Tortilla chips
Blend together the first four ingredients. Spread the lettuce on the bottom of a dish, followed by the cream mixture. Top with the cheddar cheese, followed by the tomatoes and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
