Pumpkin French Toast

Oh, October, how the thought of you brings out my desire to put pumpkin in everything...

1/3 cup (I just eyed it) puree pumpkin
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
2* tsp cinnamon
2* tsp pumpkin pie spice
2* tsp vanilla extract
1 loaf french toast bread
Heat griddle. Mix together all ingredients (except bread, of course) until smooth. Dip bread slice into mixture, flip making sure to coat each side. Place each dipped slice onto griddle, brown, flip and brown the other side. Top with syrup, powder sugar, or whatever you taste-buds desire.
*You can adjust the spice to your liking
