Spinach and Peas

1 TBS butter
1 Chopped/diced onion
Whole bag of baby spinach
16 oz frozen peas

In a kettle, melt butter and add onions. Cook until tender. Stir in the spinach and peas. Cook, covered, until the spinach is all wilted and cooked. Easy peasy.
