1/2 cup brown sugar
3-4 chicken breasts
Place chicken in crock-pot- mix everything together and pour over chicken bake on low for 5 hours.

Granny's Quick Cobbler
1/2-1 stick margarine melted
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
16 oz osage peach halves, (drained a little-saving about 1/4 a cup)
Sugar
Cinnamon
Melt butter in a dish, mix together everything except peaches, sugar and cinnamon and pour over the butter. Place peaches on top (pour juice on over top) sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake 400 for 30-35 minutes.

An old family recipe passed down from my Granny to my mom, and now to me.
2 sticks margarine
1 cup water
4 TBS cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 ggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
Boil the margarine and water. Remove from hear and add all the remaining ingredients. Pour into an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 350 for 20 minutes.Once cake in cooled spread frosting on top (recipes below).

1 cup cheddar cheese soup
3 TBS mayo
2 TBS onion (you can eye it)
1 egg, beaten
Topping:
Crushed ritz crackers
Melted margarine
Cook the broccoli for 10 minutes. Drain well, add the remaining ingredients, mix well put in a baking dish. Combine desired amount of ritz crackers with enough melted margarine to wet everything. Put on top of broccoli mixture. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.

Mix everything together and put in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Spread crumble topping on top (recipe below) and bake 350 for 30 minutes.
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans (opt.)
1/2 stick margarine
Mix everything together (it will be crumbly).

Chocolate Gooey Butter Cookies
These cookies are really good, they are meant to be soft and gooey.
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 tsp vanilla
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
1 egg
1 stick butter
Powder Sugar
Cream the butter & cream cheese. Add the egg, mix, add vanilla, mix, then add the cake mix. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Roll the dough into balls, then roll the ball in powder sugar, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes.

1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp sage
1 tsp thyme
10 cups dried unseasoned bread cubes
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
1 egg, whisked
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt the butter in pan and saute the onion, celery, salt, sage and thyme for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add bread cubes, gently stir in. Slowly pour the broth over, stirring carefully to avoid breaking apart the bread cubes. Add egg, stir then pour into a casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes uncovered.
