Homemade Baked Fries

6 potatoes (think 1-2 potatoes per person)
Cold water
Salt
Olive Oil
Rinse potatoes then slice them into wedges (you can peel them if you want). Soak the potatoes in the cold water for at least half an hour, soaking them in cold water helps make the outside all crispy and the inside tender.
Preheat oven to 350-400.
Prepare baking sheet by spreading olive oil over it (you can use non stick spray if you want).
Drain potatoes really well, place in single layer on pan, drizzle olive oil over the wedges; sprinkle with salt. Bake potatoes for 30-60 minutes, it all depends on how many potatoes are used, how thin the wedges are and the oven. The fries are done when they are tender and crisp.

With hungry thoughts from the kitchen;
